How to Craft Your *Perfect* Offer
Following these 5 simple steps
Heyo,
Welcome back to another edition of the Digital Brand Builders newsletter, a newsletter teaching you one actionable lesson you can use each week to build and grow your own brand online.
I want to teach from my own experience, so Iāll be sharing everything Iāve learned about starting and growing my personal brand and online business over the past several months in the hopes that it helps you do the same.
And by the end of each newsletter, Iāll leave you with a few action steps you can take to get one step closer to building your own digital brand this week.
Because I believe the future belongs to the digital brand builders!
Sound like a plan?
Alrighty, letās dive right into this weekās lesson!
Hereās what weāll be covering this week:
How to craft your (nearly) perfect offer in 5 simple steps.
This Weekās Blueprint šŗ
Look, if youāre building any sort of brand, youāre hopefully in the business to make a bit of money.
It might not be now, and it might not be tomorrow.
But at the end of the day, thatās why brands are in business, right?
Right, so weāve determined we want to make some money.
But how exactly do we do that?
The first step is to create an offer so compelling, so irresistible, that our audience begs to hand over their hard-earned dollars to us.
Iām currently in the process of crafting what will be an irresistible new consulting offer (more on this soon), so I figured Iād share a bit more about my process in todayās email.
āBut hang on, Connor. How do you know it will be so irresistible if you havenāt even launched it yet?ā
Now thatās a fantastic question, my friend. And a question that brings us to our blueprint for today.
Hereās the 5 step process you can use to craft an offer so irresistible, that your audience just wonāt be able to refuse ā

Step #1: Do Your Research
The first step to launching any successful product, service, or business is to do your research.
Seriously, the last thing you want to do is spend forever creating an offer you think your audience will want, then launch itā¦ only to get no sales.
Trust me, Iāve made this mistake with my own e-commerce brand before. Itās not a fun feeling.
So how do you conduct the right research beforehand to ensure your offer will be a hit?
First off, you can use this research template I created to help you identify your ideal customer.
Second of all, after you identify your ideal customer using the template above, the best way to learn about your audienceās problems is to talk with them!
Reach out to 20 people who are your ideal client
Offer to hop on a free call to talk about their problems
Learn about their problems and write them all down for later
Thatās currently the process Iām using to find out what my audience actually wants to see from my offer and what their actual problems are.
Which is information I can use to craft my consulting offer and come up with helpful solutions to real-life problems.
Step #2: Create an MVP
After youāve taken the time to conduct your research, you should now have a better idea of how to create an offer that actually solves your audienceās problems.
The next step? Get building, of course!
How you choose to package up your offer is up to you. A few common options are:
eBook
Email course
Video course
Consulting program
Itās just a matter of how you think your solution would be best presented.
But the next step Iād recommend is to start off with putting together a āminimum viable product,ā since speed is the name of the game during this phase of the process.
Donāt worry, weāll get to improving your offer later on.
After youāve put together your MVP, you can create a simple landing page using Carrd and start promoting it to gauge who would be interested in your offer.
The more emails or sign ups you collect, the more people who are interested in your offer, and the more money youāll make when itās actually time to launch.
Step #3: Listen to Feedback
Alright, by now you should have an MVP created and an offer thatās ready to be improved.
Remember those people you hopped on free calls with earlier? Yeah, weāre going to reach back out to them again.
Hereās what Iād do:
Send your MVP to them for free or at a heavy discount and explain how youād appreciate their feedback and reviews.
What do they like? What donāt they like? Whatās confusing? What could be improved?
Listen to all the feedback they give you. This is going to be crucial for building out the next version of your offer.
Oh, and ask for testimonials/reviews while youāre at it. That way when itās time to hard-launch your offer, youāll already have a wall of love you can leverage in your marketing.
Step #4: Iterate and Improve
Youāve done your research ā
Youāve created an MVP ā
Youāve listened to feedback ā
Now that youāve (hopefully) gotten some great feedback on your offer, itās time to perfect it.
Whatever your audience told you needed to be improvedā¦ improve it. Whatever they told you was too confusingā¦ make it less confusing. Whatever they told you they likedā¦ make it even better so they like it even more.
You get the idea.
Listen to all the feedback you got in the previous step. Then improve your offer until thereās nothing left to improve.
Step #5: Launch and Promote Your Offer
If youāve made it this farā¦ congrats! The hardest part is already done.
Now all thatās left to do is launch your offer and promote it to the rest of your audience.
Social content
Affiliates
Emails
Ads
If you want a successful launch, promote your offer everywhere and provide some sort of incentive for purchasing now as opposed to later on.
Whether itās at a lower price or you give away additional freebies, make your offer as enticing as possible to get people interested in buying from you now.
And if you really want to improve your marketing game, you can create an affiliate program where customers promote your offer for you in exchange for a commission of the sales they bring in.
(FYI, this is how all the biggest and best brands consistently make a tonnnn of money).
This Weekās Action Steps š¾
Annnndddddā¦ there you have it!
This is the exact method I plan to use as I build out my consulting offer and all my future offers.
Itās also the system Iād recommend you use for launching any of your offers.
With that said, here are your action steps for this week:
Fill out this template to identify your ideal customer
Reach out to your audience to learn about their biggest problems
Create a simple offer that solves those problems
Since I know crafting an irresistible offer takes a good amount of time, thatās it for this week.
Anyways, feel free to reach out if you have any questions :)
